The Bishop Lynch Friars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Parish Episcopal Panthers to 0 in the Friars league victory on Thursday.
The Friars now have a 19-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ursuline Academy for a TAPPS 6A District 1 game on Tuesday, October 3. Bishop Lynch will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX). The Bears record now stands at 17-7.
The Panthers (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX). The Vikings enter the TAPPS 6A District 1 game with a 21-11 record. In their last game, Nolan Catholic gained a win over Trinity Christian (Addison, TX), 3-1, in a league game.
