Georgia High School Volleyball - Hephzibah Burke County

The Burke County Bears topped the visiting Hephzibah Rebels volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bryan County for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Burke County will confront a Redskins team coming off a 2-0 league win over Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA). The Redskins record now stands at 18-9.

The Rebels (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Salem (Conyers, GA). The Seminoles enter the 3A Area 4 test with a 0-18 record. In their last test, Salem was knocked off by Lakeside (Atlanta, GA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
