In Thursday's league outing, the host Central Chargers volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Northeast Raiders.
With the win, Central upgrades its record to 8-6 on the year. The Chargers host Rutland (Macon, GA) to play the Hurricanes in a 2A Area 1 challenge on Thursday, September 28. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 0-5.
Next, the Raiders encounter the Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Northeast will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record.
