In Thursday's league battle, the host North Central Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Cheraw Braves.
The Knights (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 16-7 record. In their last contest, Ben Lippen beat Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
With the loss, Cheraw drops to 0-11 on the campaign. The Braves host Central (Pageland, SC) to battle the Eagles in a AA Region 5 contest on Tuesday, October 3. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 3-9. Central won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Monroe (Monroe, NC)
