The Columbia Wildcats volleyball team (Columbia, MS), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Purvis Tornadoes (Purvis, MS)
The Tornadoes (14-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 13-9 record. In their last challenge, Presbyterian Christian defeated St. Joseph Catholic (Madison, MS), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats encounter the Seminary Bulldogs (Seminary, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 2. Columbia will attempt to move on its 7-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 3-0 league win over McLaurin (Florence, MS).
