The Neshoba Central Rockets topped the visiting Columbus Falcons volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Rockets now have a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Hope for a non-league test on Monday, October 2. Neshoba Central will confront a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lafayette (Oxford, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 19-17.
The Falcons (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS). The Titans enter the Class 6 Region 2 test with a 15-11 record. In their last test, Ridgeland gained a win over Callaway (Jackson, MS), 3-0, in a league test.
