Nebraska High School Volleyball - Deshler over Shelton

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Deshler Dragons (Deshler, NE) and the visiting Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE), saw Deshler's volleyball squad beat Shelton by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Deshler upgrades its record to 13-3 on the year. The Dragons travel to Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE) to play the Cougars in a D1 District 5 bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-13. Sandy Creek lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Minden (Minden, NE)

The Bulldogs now own a 14-6 record. They play next when they host Ravenna for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Shelton will play a Bluejays squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Broken Bow (Broken Bow, NE). The Bluejays record now stands at 2-18.
