The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Hattiesburg Tigers (Hattiesburg, MS) and the visiting Forest Hill Patriots (Jackson, MS), saw Hattiesburg's volleyball squad beat Forest Hill by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Hattiesburg upgrades its record to 8-16 on the year. The Tigers travel to South Pike (Magnolia, MS) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 13-7.
The Patriots now own a 0-17 record. They play next when they host Provine for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Forest Hill will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Natchez (Natchez, MS). The Rams record now stands at 0-13.
