The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Highland Rebels (Hardy, AR) and the host Forrest City Mustangs (Forrest City, AR), saw Highland's volleyball squad beat Forrest City by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 14-5 on the year. The Rebels travel to Salem (Salem, AR) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Salem won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Dover (Dover, AR)

The Mustangs now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Blytheville for a 4A Northeast bout on Thursday, October 5. Forrest City will play a Chickasaws squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pocahontas (Pocahontas, AR). The Chickasaws record now stands at 0-8.
