The Buccaneers now have a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph Catholic for a TAPPS 2A District 6 game on Saturday, September 30. O'Connell will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Grace Christian Academy (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 22-8.

The Warriors (1-6) will now prepare for their game against St. Joseph Catholic (Bryan, TX). The Eagles enter the TAPPS 2A District 6 game with a 23-8 record. In their last game, St. Joseph Catholic gained a win over O'Connell (Galveston, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
