California High School Volleyball - Mary Star of the Sea overwhelmed by Saint Joseph

In Thursday's league battle, the host Saint Joseph Jesters volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Mary Star of the Sea Stars.
The Jesters (19-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA). The Lancers come into the Del Rey battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Bishop Amat lost by Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Stars encounter the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a Del Rey battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Mary Star of the Sea will attempt to advance on its 14-11 season record. The Saints come into the battle with a 5-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA).
