North Carolina High School Volleyball - River Mill over Southern Wake Academy

River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Jaguars battle the Burlington Christian Academy Royals (Burlington, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 29. River Mill will attempt to advance on its 10-7 season record. The Royals come into the match with a 7-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC).

With the loss, Southern Wake Academy drops to 6-10 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC) to battle the Wolves in a Central Tar Heel 1A match on Monday, October 2. The Wolves come into the match with a record of 15-1. Woods Charter won 3-0 in their recent league match against Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC)
