The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the West Point Warriors (Cullman, AL) and the visiting Russellville Golden Tigers (Russellville, AL), saw West Point's volleyball squad beat Russellville by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, West Point upgrades its record to 14-12 on the year. The Warriors travel to Madison County (Gurley, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 30-10. Madison County won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Good Hope (Cullman, AL)

The Golden Tigers now own a 12-19 record. They play next when they host Haleyville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Russellville will play a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to West Morgan (Trinity, AL). The Lions record now stands at 9-22.
