The Knights (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Wildcats come into the Valley challenge with a 13-0 record. In their last challenge, Rockbridge County nudged William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trailblazers encounter the William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Spotswood will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA).
