New York High School Football - Pleasantville sneaks past Ardsley

September 28, 2024: Ardsley, NY 10502

The Pleasantville Panthers football squad scored 14 points and limited the host Ardsley Panthers to 9 in the Panthers league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Pelham Memorial for a Section 1 B test on Saturday, October 5. Pleasantville will meet a Pelicans squad coming off a 26-7 non-league loss to Nanuet (Nanuet, NY). The Pelicans record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Ardsley drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Bronxville (Bronxville, NY) to meet the Broncos in a Section 1 B test on Saturday, October 5. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 3-0. Bronxville won 33-0 in their recent league test against Byram Hills (Armonk, NY)
