Louisiana High School Football - First Baptist Christian thwarted by Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool

September 28, 2024: Lake Charles, LA

Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool (Lake Charles, LA) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting First Baptist Christian Eagles (Lafayette, LA), 40-20 in a league battle.

With the win, Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The host Northshore Vultures (Covington, LA) to play the Vultures in a Christian Educators of Louisiana (8 Man) battle on Saturday, October 5. The Vultures go into the battle with a record of 4-4. Northshore Vultures lost 68-20 in their recent league battle against Acadiana Christian (New Iberia, LA)

The Eagles now have a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Olive Christian for a Christian Educators of Louisiana (8 Man) battle on Thursday, October 10.
