Ohio High School Football - Unioto over Piketon

The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Unioto Shermans (Chillicothe, OH) and the host Piketon Redstreaks (Piketon, OH), witnessed Unioto's football squad knock off Piketon by a tally of 21-12.

The Shermans (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Adena (Frankfort, OH). The Warriors enter the Scioto Valley contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Adena was toppled by Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH), 37-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Redstreaks battle the Paint Valley Bearcats (Bainbridge, OH) in a Scioto Valley contest, on Friday, October 4. Piketon will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Bearcats enter the contest with a 6-0 record after their 37-0 league win over Adena (Frankfort, OH).
