Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Fruitland Grizzlies (Fruitland, ID) and the visiting Ontario Tigers (Ontario, OR), saw Fruitland's soccer squad triumph over Ontario by a count of 9-0.
The Grizzlies (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Parma (Parma, ID). The Panthers enter the 4A Snake River Valley battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Parma was overwhelmed by Homedale (Homedale, ID), 6-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Pendleton Buckaroos (Pendleton, OR) in a battle, on Tuesday, October 1. Ontario will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Buckaroos enter the battle with a 2-4 record after their 3-3 league Baker/Powder Valley (Baker City, OR).
