Loveland Classical Lions (Loveland, CO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Thomas MacLaren School Highlanders (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Loveland Classical moves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to William Smith (Aurora, CO) to clash with the Eagles in a 3A/2A Foothills test on Monday, October 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-4.

The Highlanders now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salida for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5.
