Missouri High School Softball - Clark County can't get by Monroe City

Monroe City Panthers (Monroe City, MO) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Clark County Indians (Kahoka, MO), 10-9 in a league game.
With the triumph, Monroe City upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Panthers host Community (Laddonia, MO) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 1. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 17-7. Community lost 17-7 in their recent non-league game against Mark Twain (Center, MO)
The Indians now own a 11-12 record. They play next when they host Canton for a non-league game on Monday, September 30. Clark County will play a Tigers squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Community (Laddonia, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 7-9.
