In Saturday's league challenge, the host Jesup J-Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Central Warriors.

The J-Hawks (20-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA). The Vikings come into the challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Decorah-North Winneshiek was beaten by Caledonia (Caledonia, MN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Central (Elkader, IA).
