Texas High School Volleyball - Mission over Cigarroa

In Saturday's league challenge, the host Mission Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Cigarroa Toros.
The Eagles (21-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Nixon (Laredo, TX). The Mustangs come into the 5A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 11-17 record. In their last challenge, Nixon beat Juarez-Lincoln (La Joya, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Toros play the Palmview Lobos (La Joya, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Cigarroa will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Lobos come into the challenge with a 15-11 record after their 3-2 league win over Martin (Laredo, TX).
