The Denver Cyclones volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks to 1 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cyclones now have a 30-1 record. They play next when they host Tripoli for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. Denver will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Riceville (Riceville, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Waverly-Shell Rock drops to 9-13 on the campaign. The Go-hawks host Osage (Osage, IA) to play the Green Devils in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 1. The Green Devils come into the outing with a record of 10-11. Osage lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA)
