The Lugoff-Elgin Demons tipped the host Palisades Pumas volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Demons confront the Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 28. Lugoff-Elgin will attempt to advance on its 12-2 season record. The Lancers enter the game with a 18-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Weddington (Matthews, NC).
The Pumas (7-16) will now prepare for their game against Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans enter the So Meck 4A game with a 3-16 record. In their last game, Olympic was tipped by West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC), 3-2, in a non-league game.
