In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Parkview Baptist Eagles volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers.

The Eagles (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA). The Saints come into the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, West Feliciana was nudged by Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Redstickers play the Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. St. Joseph's Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA).
