The Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA) softball routed the host Swainsboro Tigers (Swainsboro, GA), 12-3 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Indians (19-5) will now prepare for their bout against Bacon County (Alma, GA). The Raiders go into the AA Region 2 bout with a 11-8 record. In their last bout, Bacon County was routed by Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA), 10-0, in a league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 4-16 record. They play next when they travel to East Laurens for a AA Region 2 bout on Thursday, September 30. Swainsboro will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 17-5 league loss to Toombs County (Lyons, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-12.
