In Thursday's league game, the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) football team smashed the visiting Enka Jets (Enka, NC), by a score of 46-7.

The Rams (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Asheville (Asheville, NC). The Cougars come into the 3A/4A West Conference 53 game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Asheville was ripped by A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC), 34-7, in a league game.

The Jets now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host McDowell for a 3A/4A West Conference 53 game on Friday, October 7. Enka will meet a Titans team coming off a 39-28 league win over North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC). The Titans record now stands at 4-2.
