The Columbia Blue Devils (East Greenbush, NY) soccer bounced the visiting Averill Park Warriors (Averill Park, NY), 4-0 in Thursday's league bout.
With the win, Columbia moves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY) to battle the Plainsmen in a Suburban Council- Blue bout on Saturday, October 1. The Plainsmen go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Shenendehowa lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Shaker (Latham, NY)
In their next game, the Warriors battle the South Glens Falls Bulldogs (South Glens Falls, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, October 3. Averill Park will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 1-0 league win over Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY).
