The Cox Mill Chargers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host A.L. Brown Wonders to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Chargers now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kings Mountain for a non-league game on Monday, October 3. Cox Mill will meet a Mountaineers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 13-0.
The Wonders (3-6) will now prepare for their game against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the non-league game with a 0-8 record.
