In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Campolindo Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Benicia Panthers.

The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Matadors come into the battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Miramonte lost by Acalanes (Lafayette, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, October 4. Benicia will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA).
