The Buckin' Elks (3-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 8-6 record.

Next, the Golden Eagles encounter the Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Surry Central will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).
