Next up, the Pirates battle the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 29. Pike County will attempt to advance on its 11-7 season record. The Wolverines come into the match with a 15-5 record after their 2-0 league win over Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA).

With the loss, Griffin drops to 1-5 on the campaign.
