New Mexico High School Soccer - Pojoaque Valley held off by Robertson

The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Robertson Cardinals (Las Vegas, NM) and the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM), saw Robertson's soccer squad get by Pojoaque Valley by a margin of 2-1.

The Cardinals now sport a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Michael's for a A/3A District 2 match on Thursday, October 6.

With the loss, Pojoaque Valley drops to 2-7 on the season. The Elks/elkettes host Taos (Taos, NM) to encounter the Tigers in a 4A District 2 match on Tuesday, October 4. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 2-7. Taos lost 9-0 in their recent non-league match against Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM)
