Parkview Panthers (Lilburn, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA), 8-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 14-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Coweta for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 30. Parkview will battle a Indians squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Pike County (Zebulon, GA). The Indians record now stands at 18-4.

With the loss, Archer falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Tigers host Brookwood (Snellville, GA) to battle the Broncos in a 7A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, October 4. The Broncos enter the challenge with a record of 15-11. Brookwood won 19-0 in their recent league challenge against South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA)
