The Mill Creek Hawks softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights to 0 in the Hawks league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Mill Creek improves its record to 15-7 on the year. The Hawks travel to Buford (Buford, GA) to clash with the Wolves in a 7A Region 8 game on Tuesday, October 4. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 20-0. Buford won 10-0 in their recent league game against Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA)

In their next game, the Black Knights encounter the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a 7A Region 8 outing, on Tuesday, October 4.
