The Reserve Mountaineers volleyball team (Reserve, NM), was nudged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM)

The Cougars (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mescalero Apache (Mescalero, NM). The Chiefs enter the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Mescalero Apache was nudged by Hagerman (Hagerman, NM), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mountaineers encounter the Pine Hill Warriors (Pine Hill, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 30. Reserve will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM).
