The American Christian Academy Patriots held off the host Tuscaloosa Academy Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 14-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tuscaloosa County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 4. American Christian Academy will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Helena (Helena, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-16.

The Knights (12-8) will now prepare for their game against Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 4-8 record.
