The Liberty Minutemen volleyball team (Bedford, VA), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Amherst County Lancers (Amherst, VA)

The Lancers (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA). The Cavaliers enter the Seminole challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Jefferson Forest went down by Brookville (Lynchburg, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Minutemen encounter the Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Liberty will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Heritage (Lynchburg, VA).
