California High School Volleyball - Clovis West over Buchanan

The Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA), 3-1 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Clovis West upgrades its record to 14-10 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to Clovis (Clovis, CA) to face the Cougars in a Tri-River outing on Tuesday, October 4. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 14-11. Clovis lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Clovis East (Clovis, CA)

The Bears now own a 22-8 record. They play next when they travel to Valencia for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 1. Buchanan will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 14-6.
