The Environmental Charter White Tigers topped the host Compton Early College Rising Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The White Tigers now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Price for a Mulholland test on Tuesday, October 11.

The Rising Phoenix (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Animo Leadership (Inglewood, CA). The Aztec Eagles enter the Mulholland test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Animo Leadership dropped by WISH Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
