The Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Cook Hornets to 0 in the Yellow Jackets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Yellow Jackets now possess a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomasville for a non-league game on Thursday, October 6. Thomas County Central will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Columbus (Columbus, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-10.
The Hornets (9-13) will now prepare for their game against Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA). The Gryphons enter the 2A Area 1 game with a 24-4 record. In their last game, Academy for Classical Education defeated Northeast (Macon, GA), 2-0, in a league game.
