Ohio High School Volleyball - Highland over Roosevelt

Highland Hornets (Medina, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Revere Minutemen (Richfield, OH) in a Suburban-American match, on Tuesday, October 4. Highland will attempt to advance on its 13-3 season record. The Minutemen come into the match with a 11-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Barberton (Barberton, OH).

With the loss, Roosevelt drops to 6-9 on the campaign. The Rough riders travel to Perry (Perry, OH) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league match on Saturday, October 1. The Pirates come into the match with a record of 9-5. Perry won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Orange (Pepper Pike, OH)
