The Red Raiders (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Avon (Avon, NY). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Avon was edged by Letchworth (Gainesville, NY), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Warsaw Tigers (Warsaw, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 30. Wayland-Cohocton will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Haverling (Bath, NY).
