Ohio High School Volleyball - McDonald over McKinley

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH) and the visiting McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH), saw McDonald's volleyball squad beat McKinley by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, McDonald upgrades its record to 14-4 on the year. The Blue Devils host Columbiana (Columbiana, OH) to play the Clippers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 1. The Clippers go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Columbiana won 3-1 in their recent league bout against David Anderson (Lisbon, OH)

The Trojans now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Jackson-Milton for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet bout on Tuesday, October 4. McKinley will play a Bluejays squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-9.
