California High School Volleyball - Piner overwhelmed by Rancho Cotate

In Thursday's league battle, the host Rancho Cotate Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Piner Prospectors.

The Cougars (12-9) will now prepare for their battle against Ukiah (Ukiah, CA). The Wildcats come into the North Bay - Redwood battle with a 18-10 record. In their last battle, Ukiah lost by Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Prospectors clash with the St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs (Petaluma, CA) in a North Bay - Redwood battle, on Tuesday, October 4. Piner will attempt to advance on its 1-18 season record.
