Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Platteville tips River Valley

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Platteville Hillmen (Platteville, WI) and the host River Valley Blackhawks (Spring Green, WI), saw Platteville's volleyball squad nip River Valley by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Platteville upgrades its record to 14-14 on the year. The Hillmen travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, WI) to play the Flying Arrows in a Southwest Wisconsin bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Flying Arrows go into the bout with a record of 11-20.

The Blackhawks now own a 21-8 record. They play next when they host Prairie du Chien for a Southwest Wisconsin bout on Tuesday, October 4. River Valley will play a Blackhawks squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Richland Center (Richland Center, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 7-18.
