The Riverside-Martin Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Tarboro Vikings to 0 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now have a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bertie for a Four Rivers 1A game on Tuesday, October 4. Riverside-Martin will meet a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Gates County (Gatesville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 0-10.

The Vikings (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Gates County (Gatesville, NC). The Red Barons enter the Four Rivers 1A game with a 7-10 record. In their last game, Gates County gained a win over North East Carolina Prep (Tarboro, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
