The Sandia Prep Sundevils volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Valencia Jaguars to 0 in the Sundevils non-league victory on Thursday.

The Sundevils now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bernalillo for a non-league game on Saturday, October 1. Sandia Prep will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Spartans record now stands at 1-9.

The Jaguars (7-7) will now prepare for their game against Grants (Grants, NM). The Pirates enter the 4A District 5 game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Grants was dropped by Aztec (Aztec, NM), 3-0, in a non-league game.
