Texas High School Football - Little River Academy succumbs to Lorena

September 29, 2023: Lorena, TX 76655

The Lorena Leopards thwarted the visiting Little River Academy Bumblebees football team by a count of 56-38 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Lorena upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Leopards travel to McGregor (McGregor, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 3A-1 Region III District 11 outing on Friday, October 6. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 2-4. McGregor lost 49-30 in their recent league outing against Troy (Troy, TX)

With the loss, Little River Academy moves to 5-1 on the season. The Bumblebees host C.H. Yoe (Cameron, TX) to encounter the Yoemen in a 3A-1 Region III District 11 outing on Friday, October 6. The Yoemen go into the outing with a record of 1-4. C.H. Yoe lost 43-41 in their recent league outing against Lorena (Lorena, TX)
