West Virginia High School Football - St. Marys can't get by Williamstown

September 29, 2023: St. Marys, WV 26170

Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host St. Marys Blue Devils (St. Marys, WV), 12-8 in a league test.

With the triumph, Williamstown improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Calhoun (Mt. Zion, WV) to confront the Red Devils in a Little Kanawha test on Friday, October 6. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 0-5. Calhoun lost 55-0 in their recent league test against St. Marys (St. Marys, WV)

With the loss, St. Marys drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Webster County (Upper Glade, WV) to confront the Highlanders in a Little Kanawha test on Friday, October 6. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 2-3. Webster County lost 16-8 in their recent league test against South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV)
